It’s easy finding what you want thanks to the impressive electric blue backlit LCD screen. Depending on the radio station a 512MB SD card will give typically between 8 to 16 hours of recording time and the Roberts RD41 is guaranteed to work with capacities of up to 2 GB.
Using an SD memory card (sold separately) you can not only pause live radio if the phone rings, but also set the RD41 to record a programme in advance via the 7 day EPG (Electronic Programme Guide).
MP3/WMA files can also be played back and a USB socket lets you quickly transfer tracks between the SD card you’re using in the radio and your PC.
You can also pick up FM stations and the Roberts RD41 has 12 Alarms to choose from including waking up to radio, buzzer or your favourite SD card track.
A headphone socket lets you plug in your own headphones and listen without disturbing others, while a 3.5mm stereo jack makes connecting your iPod or other portable music player simple.
